Refund Policy

We believe in transparency. This refund policy explains our no-refund approach so families can make an informed decision before subscribing. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

No-refund policy

All subscription fees paid to Edhanta are non-refundable. This applies to all active subscription plans — current pricing is displayed on the pricing page and confirmed at checkout before any payment is processed. Once a subscription is purchased, no refunds will be issued for partial usage of the subscription term, early termination, or non-utilisation of platform features. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Why no refunds?

Subscriptions grant immediate access to the full platform — including concept videos, practice tests, mentor assignments, and skill course content — from the moment of purchase. Because digital content and mentor time are consumed at the point of access, we cannot 'un-deliver' these services. This policy allows us to keep subscription pricing affordable for all families.

Exceptions

In rare cases where a documented technical failure on our side prevents platform access for seven or more consecutive days, we may consider a pro-rated refund or service credit at our sole discretion. To request an exception, email edhanta.team@gmail.com with your account details and a description of the issue. Each request will be reviewed within 5–7 business days.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider, your account will be immediately suspended. We will provide transaction records and proof of service to your financial institution to contest the chargeback. Accounts with disputed chargebacks are permanently banned from the platform.

How to request a review

If you believe an exception applies, submit your request from the dashboard Settings page or email edhanta.team@gmail.com with the subject line 'Refund Review'. Include your registered email address, order ID (from your payment confirmation), and a clear explanation of your request. We will respond within 5–7 business days.
